I’ve been holding court at Gibson’s Restaurant and Steakhouse Wednesday through Friday from 9pm to 1am for the past seven years. Gibson’s is one of the finest four star restaurants in Chicago, with a celebrity clientele ranging from classic actors like Bea Arthur, to legendary musicians like Todd Rundgren and Phillip Bailey. I cherish my work at Gibson’s and management has been very good to me over the years.
